Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of session fee.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect to next booking. The full fee may still apply.

In exceptional circumstances (force majeure), cancellation fee may be waived.
Payment
An invoice will be sent to the email address you provided, and payment can be completed immediately via:

Insurance reimbursement (NL)
Reimbursement varies per insurer and package. Please check with your insurer before booking.
Supplementary reimbursements usually do not affect your deductible, and no GP referral is required.
